These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Forbidden Gnosis website and platform ("Platform"), operated by House of Terravian ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Forbidden Gnosis, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Forbidden Gnosis is a digital marketplace and archive where creators ("Creators") can upload, list, and sell knowledge artifacts — primarily in PDF format — derived from human–AI collaboration. Buyers ("Members") may browse, purchase, and download these artifacts. The Platform also offers optional membership tiers that unlock expanded search and discovery capabilities.
Ownership. Creators retain full intellectual property rights over all content they submit. By publishing on Forbidden Gnosis, you grant House of Terravian a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your artifacts through the Platform for as long as they remain listed.
Responsibility. Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and originality of their submitted content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to publish the content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
Prohibited Content. Creators may not submit content that: (a) infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right; (b) contains illegal material; (c) is defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive; (d) violates any applicable law or regulation; or (e) is entirely unedited, raw AI output without meaningful creator curation or contribution.
When you purchase an artifact, you receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to access and use that artifact for your own personal or professional purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publish artifacts purchased on the Platform without the explicit written consent of the Creator.
Forbidden Gnosis charges a platform fee on each artifact sale. The applicable fee rate will be disclosed at the time of creator onboarding and during the upload process. Founding Creators may receive preferential fee rates as disclosed at launch. All fees are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to Creators.
The Platform offers optional paid membership tiers that unlock expanded archive access and discovery features. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. House of Terravian does not store payment card information.

All platform design, branding, code, interface elements, and non-creator content are the property of House of Terravian. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute platform materials without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties. Creators whose accounts are terminated will receive payment for any outstanding balances owed at the time of termination, less applicable fees.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. See also our Content Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House of Terravian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
