Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Forbidden Gnosis platform, operated by House of Terravian. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Artifact Purchases

All artifact purchases on Forbidden Gnosis are for digital downloadable products. Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access to the artifact has been granted.

We ask that you review artifact descriptions, previews, and creator profiles carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about a purchase, many creators offer at least one free artifact — a useful way to evaluate their work before committing to a paid artifact.

2. Exceptions — Technical Failure

A refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but were never granted access to the purchased artifact due to a platform technical failure
• The purchased artifact file is corrupted or unreadable and the Creator cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error

To request a refund under these conditions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at forbiddengnosis@mcmenterprisesllc.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

3. Membership Subscriptions

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to membership features until that date.

Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period at the time of cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about a purchase that is not covered above, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and directly whenever possible.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and, where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities.

5. Creator Payouts

In the event a refund is issued to a buyer, the corresponding creator payout for that transaction will be reversed or withheld. Creators are not responsible for refunds caused by platform technical failures outside their control.
